Terms & Conditions
Contract Terms
All invoices are issued once the final content has been delivered to the client.
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service at any time before the final content is delivered — no lock-in or ongoing charges.
If content has already been created, delivered, or is in progress, a partial fee may apply to cover the work completed up to that point.
For video editing projects, cancellation is allowed at any stage, but if editing has begun, we may charge a small fee to reflect the time already spent.
Ownership of Content
All final edited content becomes the property of the client once full payment has been received.
Browns Content Creation & Social Media Management Services retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Each video edit includes one round of revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Additional revisions may incur a small fee depending on the scope of changes.
Content Delivery
Edited videos and social media content will be delivered in formats optimised for Facebook and Instagram, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary raw footage, images, logos, and brand assets in a timely manner.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to social media accounts (if applicable) to avoid delays in content posting and delivery.
Liability
While Browns Content Creation & Social Media Management Services will take all reasonable care to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of posted content, the client holds final responsibility for reviewing and approving content prior to posting.
Music & Licensing
Videos will be delivered for review without music. Once approved, music will be added directly during posting using Facebook or Instagram, licensed music libraries. This ensures your content is compliant with platform licensing rules and allows you to take advantage of trending songs at the time of posting.
